Redoing Week 3 – 100 Pushups

Aww man!! I screwed up and did week three all wrong!! I hope you didn’t do what I did, but, I just went partially through week three without doing the pretest. Which is probably why I was a bit confused about the numbers. So I am redoing week three again, only this time I will have done the pretest which I did last Saturday. I ended up with 28 good pushups and I really mean GOOD ones! Twenty-eight is double my initial pretest which is not too bad, I guess, for a wimp:) So week three once again starting tonight, Monday April 13th. Week looks to be pretty tough, with the numbers increasing steeply after day one! So wish me luck.

Thanks for that, I think. I realize this might be spam but make sure to get organic hormone free milk, if your budget can handle that. Milk has plenty of proteins in it that our bodies need and that is good, however, for those who are lactose intolerant you might want to digest a Lact-aid pill before consuming milk so you don’t upset your neighbors. Milk also does okay in a pinch if you need calcium, but, try to get them in your veggies like broccoli that way you kill two birds with one stone. You can get some calcium and a serving of fruit or veggie at the same time. Again, I’m not being exhaustive here, I’m just saying. Also, milk is pretty good frozen with natural flavors and sugar, a la ice cream. Lastly, moderation is the key here. thanks again.
